Overview

The Benefit Accrual detail is where you manage employees and their accruals.

 


 

Field Descriptions

Header

InFocus Marketplace link - Launches a browser and directs to InFocus Marketplace
Install Now link - When selected, all items in the grid are installed.

 

Filter Options (listed on the left)

Description - Select to filter the purchased items displayed

Installed - Filters all items that have been purchased and installed in the current system.
Not Installed - Filters all items that have been purchased but not installed in the current system.
Updates Available - FIlters all items that have an update available.

Marketplace Items

Description - Select to filter the purchased items by their Marketplace classification.

Action - Filters all Action.
Bundles - Filters all actions Bundles.
Widgets - Filters all actions Widgets.
Invoices - Filters all actions Invoices.
Reports - Filters all actions Reports.
Custom - Filters all actions Custom Work.

 

Purchased Items Grid

Status - Instal/Update status
Name - Item Name
Extension Type - Types include Reports, Invoices, Widgets, Actions, Bundles
Category - Item category from the Marketplace
Versions - InFocus-Item Version associated with the item
Purchase Date - Date of original purchase
Manage - Opens the item for management in it's native applet.
oCustom Reports - Utilities>Custom Reports
oPM Reports - Utilities>PM Report Designer
oReport Management Reports - Utilities>Report Management
oInvoices - Utilities>Invoice Design
oWidgets - Utilities>Dashboard Groups
oActions - Utilities>Custom Reports
